We formed the ACTION Team of the Keys and specifically the Concierge Relocation Service because we saw that people in states with high taxes and/or cold weather were interested in moving to Florida.  We found people were not following through as repotting themselves to a state a thousand miles away was too daunting.  Each member of our team are transplants, and felt that we could offer our experience and local knowledge to find a great home and make a smooth transition.
Years ago, the reputation of Florida was that of a place to which older people moved in their retirement years.  Recently, they have been joined by younger people who have moved to Florida from states with high state and local taxes, not to retire but to live in a place with better weather, lower taxes, and lower cost of living.  They can work from home, and the advanced 5G networks of the Keys make working from your lanai a breeze in more ways than one.

Nancy began her career in Residential Real Estate on the prestigious Main Line in 1987. She sold a home the first day she was licensed, then went on to become one the leading realtors in just one year. As a forward thinker, Nancy was one of the first to implement the “Real Estate Team” approach, knowing that her success in part was due because she could thus provide clients more vast real estate service and expertise.
Just last year, Nancy was able to have her dream of living in the beautiful Florida Keys become a reality when she married Tom. With her real estate license, she got right into action helping others make their dreams come true to buy for retirement or vacation/rental purposes, selling millions of real estate in her first year. As a newcomer herself, and also buying and selling properties herself with her ACTION team, she was able to experience first hand the work and complexities of moving to the Keys. Her commitment to providing superb real estate service for her clients and making the transition more fun and exciting is evident in her clients’ gratefulness. Tom has been investing and selling homes profitably for over forty years, both in The Keys and California. As a Naval Officer, his early experience was in the Pentagon designing and managing large computer data bases.  He went on to start four successful companies in the computer field. Always a computer expert, Tom serves as the “techie” on our Keys Action Team, researching and analyzing the everchanging real estate market.



Jim Craven

James Craven is the consummate sales and marketing veteran. Jim has been a resident of South Florida since 1961, and knows the region intimately. Having been ahead of the curve of real estate trends, Jim has been successfully investing in both residential and commercial real estate since the age of 28; in fact, Jim is still expanding his real estate portfolio.

Jim began his sales career at the early age of five, a remarkable story no doubt; he recognized the magnitude of “Branding” without knowing the term, and thus he earned his first entrepreneurial success by knowing he could sell old Titleist golf balls that landed into his yard for triple the cost of newer looking golf balls with lesser names. 

Perhaps Jim’s greatest asset is his ability to anticipate market trends and his ability to understand how to market a product. He conceived, developed and launched Travel Weekly’s daily e-newsletter in the mid-1990’s, putting the publication on the leading edge of electronic innovation. His contribution as Marketing Director for our Keys Action Team guarantees a first hand opportunity to successfully position yourself with buying or selling real estate for the highest margins.

Sharon has been in the real estate business and recognized in multiple states for over 25 years. This wealth of knowledge has led her to become a Prudential Multi-Million Dollar Club Member while selling some of the highest priced listings available on the Philadelphia Main Line. It was during this time that she was also awarded Highest Client Satisfaction by Prudential Fox & Roach. In addition to her success in real estate Sharon has also built and owned a restaurant that was Zagat rated as one of the best restaurants in Philadelphia. With true entrepreneurial spirit and client satisfaction as the end goal Sharon is a market expert.
